We really enjoyed our stay, we loved the familiar atmosphere , everybody was very friendly and helpful. In the middle of the night, we arrived and were warmly welcomed- breakfast buffet is stuffed with homemade greek specialities, you can sit on the Veranda overlooking the Pool area, surounded by palms and flowers in the beautiful Garden.
The hotel is very clean and well-kept, the pool bar is open until 01:30 at night enjoying cocktails in romantic illumination!
The hotel is located only a few steps from the Beach area, a lot of tavernes, shops and supermarket are very close, we got a lot of recommodations for dinner with moderate prices at the reception. We enjoyed the lovely cats in the garden ! |

A friendly welcome and a lot of information for free are granted. Nice and bright room with everything you need for comfort. A line to place wet towels and both clothes on would be nice. When we go to Santorini next time, we know where to look for a room. |

hotel Matina was amazing, and the staff fantastic, Van the owner was the friendliest guy i have ever met, he went out of his way to take us to amazing restaraunts and a winery to watch the sunset. the hotel has its own Pool Bar with the lovely Athena who makes amazing cocktails.location is perfect, 2min stroll from Kumari beach and heaps of good places to eat. would highly recommend this hotel |
